Students are required to acquire 12 ECTS credits by selecting alternative courses not already taken within the Degree Programme or courses offered by other Degree Programmes within the School of Law.

In light of the Programme’s objective to promote the acquisition of competencies in socio-institutional, economic, and managerial disciplines, students may also select courses offered by other Degree Programmes or training programmes of the University of Florence or of other universities.
In such cases, the choice must be authorised by the President of the Degree Programme, following verification of its consistency with the educational objectives of the Programme.
