The Programme does not require compulsory attendance and does not include prerequisite courses.
Teaching activities are conducted by faculty members with the involvement of professionals from the labour market and civil society, privileging a case-based approach and aiming to develop in students a strong ability to apply acquired knowledge to the resolution of concrete problems.
To this end, two-thirds of the teaching hours for each course will be delivered online. Exceptions include elective courses chosen by the student and legal clinics, which will be delivered according to the modalities established by their respective programmes.
The remaining one-third of the teaching hours will be dedicated to laboratory-based activities carried out by instructors, within the limits and according to the procedures that may be established by the University.
For the portion of the Programme delivered in person, tailored materials—including multimedia resources—will be made available to students who are unable to attend.
