The Programme does not provide for a capped number of admissions.
Admission to the Master’s Degree Programme in Law for Sustainability and Security is open to applicants who meet the requirements listed below.
a) A three-year Bachelor’s Degree under Ministerial Decree 270/2004 in Legal Sciences (L-14)—including degrees in Legal Sciences for Security and Legal Services Sciences—or the single-cycle Master’s Degree in Law (LMG/01), or the corresponding degrees under Ministerial Decree 509/1999 (02 Legal Services Sciences; 31 Legal Sciences; 22/S Law), as well as equivalent four-year degrees in Law.
b) A three-year Bachelor’s Degree under Ministerial Decree 270/2004 in Cultural Heritage Studies (L-01); Tourism Studies (L-15); Business Administration (L-18); Economics (L-33); Public Administration and Organisation Studies (L-16); Territorial, Urban, Landscape and Environmental Planning (L-21); Political Science and International Relations (L-36); Social Sciences for Cooperation, Development and Peace (L-37); Social Work (L-39); or the corresponding classes under Ministerial Decree 509/1999 (19 Public Administration; 17 Business Administration; 28 Economics; 15 Political Science and International Relations; 6 Social Work; 39 Tourism Studies; 07 Urban and Territorial Planning; 35 Social Sciences for Cooperation, Development and Peace; 13 Cultural Heritage Studies), as well as equivalent four-year degrees in Economics and Commerce, Business Administration, and Political Science.
c) A single-cycle Master’s Degree in the following classes: Archaeology (LM-02); Landscape Architecture (LM-03); Conservation of Architectural and Environmental Heritage (LM-10); Conservation and Restoration of Cultural Heritage (LM-11); International Relations (LM-52); Political Science (LM-62); Public Administration Studies (LM-63); Economics for the Environment and Culture (LM-76); Business Economics (LM-77); Development Cooperation Studies (LM-81).
Applicants falling under categories b) and c) must, in all cases, have successfully completed at least 3 examinations, earning a total of at least 18 ECTS credits in legal-disciplinary sectors classified as IUS, of which at least 6 ECTS must be earned in the sectors IUS/08, IUS/09, or IUS/10.
Applicants holding foreign qualifications must possess a degree whose content is deemed comparable to those listed above, subject to a positive assessment by the President of the Programme.
To be admitted, candidates must demonstrate proficiency in one European Union language at a level equal to or higher than B2 of the CEFR.
